History

In the beginning of 2015, after a first version of Finding Monsters Adventure on mobile, a small tech team started to do some research about Virtual Reality. They made a tech demo for Gear VR with the core mechanic of FMA that was taking picture of the monsters. The demo proved the potential of having a version of Finding Monsters for VR.

After the middle of the year, the team had the chance to develop a alpha version of the game with more features and this was the first time the team could focus in a version totally thought for VR and not only a port from mobile. This version was showcased in events like Casual Connect USA 2015, Unite Boston 2015 and Oculus Connect 2. Thanks for that, we started to make strong relationships with other developers and partners like Oculus and Unity 3D.

Finding Monsters Adventure on Gear VR was officialy announced by Oculus during Oculus Connect 2 in the official reel of upcoming games for Gear VR's Consumer Edition. The game was released on Oculus Store in November 26th receiving praise from players, gaming media and tech entushiats.
